Work with me¶
Somewhere in your company there's one very good, very tired person holding the IT together. Maybe they're leaving. Maybe there's more than one person can carry. Or a big customer just asked how your cybersecurity is doing, and there wasn't a good answer.
That's the situation I help with.
Where it starts: a NIS2 readiness check¶
Fixed price, quoted upfront. Scope agreed in writing before anything begins. At the end you have:
- a plain-language report of where you're exposed and what's missing,
- a short list of what's worth fixing first — and what can wait,
- something to show when a customer asks about your security.
If you want, the check includes a phishing simulation — a real number instead of an abstract risk. Only with your written consent, results in aggregate, never by name.
If your customer asks about ISO 27001 (or TISAX in automotive), I map the findings against those frameworks too — so you know how far from certification you stand.
The report is yours. No obligation to continue.
If it makes sense to continue: a part-time head of IT¶
A few agreed days per month. Your team or your current vendor keeps running the systems — that doesn't change. What changes: budget, vendors and priorities get steady attention, decisions get prepared so you can make them, and what's in people's heads gets written down.
Scope in writing from day one. One contact person on your side. You can end it any month.
Said plainly¶
I don't administer servers or networks day to day, and I won't pretend otherwise. If you need a hands-on admin, I'll help you find one — that's a different job than mine.
And one more thing: companies here have built something I haven't — a sustainable business outside a big city. I'm not coming to tell you how to run it. I'm coming to take the IT worry off one person's shoulders.
Who this is for¶
- Manufacturing and engineering companies in Vysočina, roughly 50–300 people, supplying larger customers who now ask about security.
- Companies where IT stands on one person — who's leaving, or overloaded.
- Owners who want to know where they stand: fixed price, no long commitment.
Next step¶
A short email is enough — what's bothering you, in a few sentences: [email protected]. I reply within two business days.

No forms. No questionnaires.
Documentation systems — the second service¶
Alongside IT consulting, I design documentation systems: information architecture, content schema, single source of truth, toolchain, maintenance model. I work in MkDocs Material — I built a production documentation system on it for libdrone.eu, with a content schema, closed tag vocabularies and an automated publishing pipeline.
Same principle, narrower scope: knowledge that doesn't depend on one person — applied to documentation instead of the whole IT operation. For engineering teams with a good product and struggling documentation, or companies that need internal knowledge written down before the person holding it leaves.
